K-3II-normal to hear movement withing the camera in LV mode?

Excuse my ignorance on this but I have a couple questions about using LV mode with my new K-3II. When I hit the LV button and enter Live View mode I can hear movement within the camera if I move it. Is this normal? I thought this may be the mirror and hopefully is normal?. Second, while in LV mode the image is kinda pixelated on the displaypretty badly and it seems like my pictures are better focused using AF if I use the VF.

The sounds are perfectly normal, as they originate from the SR mechanism.

As for the pixelation, try disabling focus peaking. It's not that great for busy scenes.
