I loved Heie's article. I've been shooting for 30 years, but I've improved a lot in the last year with the help of that article.

Something to lean on makes a big difference, but in the absence of that: stance/posture, concentration, breathing. Strange, but I have to remind myself to breathe properly. I like to shoot at the end of an exhale, and try not to stab the shutter button.
