Automatic deletion problem

I just started using a second K100D (S/N 2207322) and it is automatically and instantly deleting photos taken in low light. My other K100D doesn't do this, so I expect that there is a way to toggle this feature on and off. I want to turn it off so I can decide if the underexposure can be handled in PhotoShop or PaintShop Pro.

Thanks for any help, and HAPPY, "SNAPPY" NEW YEAR.

As far as I know, there is no such feature. Is there perhaps something wrong with the SD card in the second camera?

How do you know it deletes these files vs failing to write them at all?

Longer exposures take longer to write. Either there is a power problem or a card problem. Try swapping the battery and/or card between the two cameras and see what happens.
