Does this lens have its own focus motor (non screw drive)?

I believe the Pentax version uses the camera's screw drive.

The B&H one is official dealer stock backed by Tamron's excellent warranty. The other is "grey market" covered by a questionable 1 year seller warranty. You pays your money and takes your chances

I've got one and it's definitely screw drive. Apart from the noice it is fast and accurate on the K-3. It is one of my favorites.

Screw Drive.. i love this Tamron.. is one of my favorite lenses.
