Letter Z on lens cap?

Could somebody advise me what type of lens mount uses the letter Z. The lens is a Sigma 28mm and not m42, it is bayonet.

Sorry I cannot do better than this poor picture, it is an item for sale on ebay. Considering buying lens as the person is in the next suburb.

Try rotating the 'Z' 90 degrees - it's an 'N', as in Nikon.

If the seller is unable to provide a sharp photo, I consider that to be a huge red flag to avoid. Lens is not K-mount and looks to be Nikon F.

I agree with @THoog .

It looks like a rear lens cap for a Nikon F.

There's a link to a similar one at Rear Lens Cap // Nikon F AI AIS Non-Ai AF Mount // For Nikon Mount Lenses - Lens Caps

You are probably right to say avoid. I already have 4 lenses that cover 28mm, 2 Pentax (Tamron and Sigma) and 2 Canon but all of these are zooms and from what I have read on this site you could expect better IQ from a prime lens at 28mm. I also find in Australia as is the case probably in many developed countries people inherit parents houses full of odd things including 1960-1990’s camera equipment. “This lens was father-in-laws I just have to get rid of this stuff”. Many people also use mobile phones to take photos of objects they are selling focusing and lighting is not important to them.

I have sent the seller an email to get a clearer picture. Could well be a Pentax K mount as I would suggest a Nikon cap would fit a Pentax Lens.

Seller emailed another 6+ photos still blurry and worse than original on Ebay listing. I replied just wait and see.

Seller has sent the following images - certainly not K mount and is possibly an original Nikon F mount - I am no expert.
