Pentax 645N, 75mm F2.8 Lens

Help!

I use Pentax 645n
Suddenly the autofocus is not working ?
I can hear the focus ring turning but it is not focusing
The manual function works well though

I had diopter adjusted, selected Single not servo ; AF at one dot ; AF not MF. Still not focusing :-(

What can be the possibilities ?

Could be the AF drive shaft not engaging, or an internal gearing issue. Does it work with other lenses?
