31mm Ltd AF adjusting problems with the K7

Hello Pentaxians,

My K7 is becoming older and I knew I need a replacement soon. But, couldn't take that leap to a new camera soon.
Off late, my K7 started back focussing with all my lenses. This problem was not there earlier. Recently I bought a FA31Ltd and I am extremely disappointed with the lens and camera combo. Even at +7 to +10 fine focus adjustment, I am not getting good results. Then I started testing my camera with other FA lenses and the issue is same. LIke my FA35mm F2 is not focussing/locking the subject at infinity. Below infinity it is fine.
FA31 looks like working fine (not as sharp as other say) with below infinity focus, same with FA43 and FA35 as well. While searching the forum, found below discussion which exactly describes my problem, but without a solution. The above lenses working absolutely brilliant with my friend's K-30, no issues at all.
Does resetting K7 to factory defaults or something like that solves the problem? Please help, thanks!

Are you testing indoors?
The K7 doesn't focus accurately under compact fluorescent lights. This is a known problem with nearly all older dslrs.

I am not much into indoor shoot. I like mainly outdoor shooting and no low-light photography as well. It is happening in broad day light.

sometimes the AF-Modul is decalibrated after years of use or sometimes there is just some dirt which can be blown away.

Dirt on AF module?? Do you know any DIY ways of cleaning it?? Or calibrating it?
