Unknown lens mount, need help

I bought this lil Toyo Optics Five Star telephoto from an antique shop for about $25. The hit said it would fit Pentax but it certainly doesn't look like a k-mount to me. Also it won't fit on my ME super so if anyone can identify it for me it would be greatly appreciated!
