Worthy Pursuit?

If you shoot in RAW (PEF), you will get the most out of the camera. I think you can now process PEF files from the *ist series with the latest version of Pentax Digital Camera Utility, which is a free download. (The latest version of PDCU is theoretically an update, but it is easy to do a clean install: https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/32-digital-processing-software-printing/2...-cd-drive.html ) Someone please correct me if I am wrong about this.

It's good discipline to use one basic camera, one ISO and one lens. Concentrate on taking good photos, correctly exposed. Use your feet to zoom in.
