CZJ Sonnar 180mm aperture problems

Just received CZJ Sonnar 180mm 2.8 in pentacon 6 mount, zebra version. The lens looks spectacular, brand spanking new, like Berlin-wall-is-still-there kind of new. Looks like nobody used it, and maybe with a good reason... There seems to be some fungus (will post some pictures for confirmation) and the aperture doesn't close. The aperture ring just moves clicking away happily, but nothing happens. I heard that these lenses are some of the easiest lenses to fix. Just wondering if anyone has any practical experience...

Update on the repair. I took the lens apart yesterday, but couldn't fix it. It seems that the aperture mechanism is actuated by a spring. It closes by the spring, and opens up when the a lever is pushed when the aperture ring is moved. It seems that the spring should be replaced, that's my only guess, as everything looks fine. Is there any danger in using any old spring? I guess if it's too weak it won't close the aperture, so I am back to square one. If it is too strong though, I wonder if it does any damage...
