Green vertical lines in my photos

Dear Forum,

I was recently shooting photos on a vacation in North Carolina and all my photos have green vertical lines. What is the cause of this?

I'm not seeing anything out of the ordinary- just some JPEG compression artifacts, dust on your sensor, and a little blurriness.

Where were you observing the vertical lines?

I see what Adam saw...

Have you looked at these photos using a different computer?

Green vertical lines, not on my monitor

I do see some specs of dust, but no green lines. Sure its not your monitor? Try to move the image around.

No green lines. Check these on a different device.

Except for a couple of dirt spots on the sensor (upper right quadrant), I don't even see a single vertical green line.... perhaps check your monitor/screen or your glasses if you are wearing one (just joking)..

Did green lines disappear when the jpegs were resized?
Anyway, it could be sd card write error. Or a software error on your computer. I guess it could also be camera sensor error, but you should check the others first

Because in the posted photos, I dont see anything out of the ordinary. Some compression fuzzyness, some dust spots, but no vertical green lines.

I'm afraid it is the screen on my (old) iMac. Thanks for the reply - at least it isn't my camera.

Given the expense to replace your Apple product, problems with the camera might have been cheaper.
