what scope do you have ?

Some reflectors do not have the focal length to let you focus an image with such a short adapter. Also other adapters allow you to mount the eye piece into the tube so that you can change the magnification.

Look at

TELESCOPE CAMERA ADAPTERS |TelescopeAdapters.com

they are more expensive but I believe that you get a much more flexible solution.

not affiliated but I can vouch for the fact that they do make quality stuff that fits nicely.

cheers

Make sure you get the correct eyepiece barrel size for your adapter. Common sizes are 1.25, 2.00 and 0.96 inches. 1.25 inch is probably the most common size but you never know.
