Ricoh Imaging does indeed have a list of their authorized US dealers on their web site. Although it hasn't been updated since June of 2019, you can find those here:

There's also an un-authorized dealers link there.

So if you see any of those un-authorized firms listing things on ebay, Amazon, or anywhere else, it's always Gray Market equipment, which will have no US warranty, so you'll get no service or support, even if you want to pay for it.

Interesting, thanks for this information. All the authorized dealers in my area are Best Buys (for Theta products only) and a few independent camera stores like Dominion Camera and Ace Photo. But one listing caught my eye:
