OP. I too am a happy SRS customer. Drop an email to Chris at SRS; he's the owner. If you're unhappy he'll want to know and put things right.

Always had excellent service from the team at SRS. A new Tamron lens I once purchased was found to have a fault. No fuss, no drama, SRS exchanged it straight away for another one.

I've bought around half of my Pentax and Pentax-compatible equipment from SRS (and that's a fair bit of kit ). I've never had anything but excellent service from them, including after-care twice when products were suspected to be faulty. If they have the item I'm after at a price I'm happy with, they're my first choice.

3 bodies and multiple lenses from SRS with no problems whatsoever.

Only time I have bought a Pentax body elsewhere it had problems and I had no end of troubles getting it fixed.

I have noticed that there are good deals advertised on srs Microsystems but I'm a little concerned.
From the info on the website they sound quite good and reliable BUT
Several reviews say they aren't any good and they have in the last few days been selling several items at a good price, with the info available until 31st Dec 2016
They have now cancelled these deals, so essentially they lied.
I know they have a right to change things maybe but it puts me off using them
If they can change one thing then they can change others too, and they don't do what they say.
Anyone any experience or thoughts about them?
No issues with many purchases of new lenses, used lenses or new bodies. They have always been excellent.

It's nice to see a retailer getting so much praise especially when so much of their business is done on line where it's easy to let standards drop. Their service never seems to drop below exemplary (next day delivery seems to be standard) and enquires by phone or email are always answered promptly.

I've dealt with SRS, Clifton Cameras and Park Cameras. All are first class from my experiences.

I ordered the 60-250mm F4 from them, which had an amazing discount of £400 in their latest sale. Even though it showed out of stock they got one to me within 5 days and honoured the sale price. I've used them plenty of times before and never had any problems, even when I've returned something, they're as good as it gets for me.

The website tells you if each individual item is in stock or not.

Got my item now. Was pretty smooth with no cause for complaint. Needing signature meant had to go to a local post office to collect but no problem. Just got to catch the deals when they on

Great news, Kyrsten. The signature thing can be a pain, I know... but it's protection for you and the supplier

Enjoy your new purchases...
