Fungus, haze or bubbles

I want to buy a lens, but inside there are spots. Photo lens is on the side of ASAHI SMC Pentax-M 200mm 1:4 Pentax (Fotografia Obiektywy Pentax). Is this fungus, haze or bubbles? What do you think?

I would guess small spots of fungus. What I can see on the pics suggests you can regard this as a minor blemish. Also I don't think it's difficult to remove the front element to clean. I would ask the seller if they can inspect the lens (see link below) and advise if there are any more signs of fungus.

Hard to tell at this resolution; doesn't look like fungus to me, but the M 200/4 is a very common lens and I would look for a better copy.
