A question of lenses

Recently I have purchased a K1 and I wonder if any one knows why it sees my Sigma 150-500 as a aps-c lens. I thought it was a full frame lens. Does any one know is the Sigma 70-200 F2.8 and the Sigma 50 f1.4 HSM are full frame lens ????

Seems full frame, do you have the k-1 set to auto crop or crop?

Does your 150-500 have the 8 255 identifier? If it does it will need to be updated by Sigma...

There are some buggy lenses like that- I believe Sigma acknowledged it when they were talking about the mount scratch issue.

Just set the crop mode to FF manually and you should be all set

When I went through the menus and changed it to FF nothing happened but when I changed the multi function dial to crop and dialed FF it worked fine thanks for the help. The new K1 ones do not seem to have the problem of being scratched by Sigma lenses as they fit without problem.
