Sigma Aspherical 28-200mm 1:38-5.6 UC

Howdy
I purchased a Pentax Z-70 film camera and a Sigma Aspherical 28-200mm 138-5.6 UC lens in 1997. Both worked great. I purchased a Pentax K-5II and wanted to know if that Sigma lens will work?

That's the beauty of Pentax. Older K mount lenses work fine on newer cameras. Your lens will work on your new camera.

Absolutely! In fact, given the crop-sensor format of the K-5II, you'll be getting the central portions of the image formed by the lens and avoiding the corners were distortions and softness are worse.
