You'll want to press the "down" button while viewing a photo in playback mode. I believe the smallest resolution selectable in the camera is 1920x1080.

Adam is correct.

The smallest dimensions available converting RAW to JPEG on camera is via the so called "JPEG XS" option and the dimensions are 1920x1280 pixels.

Thanks everybody for answer. I supposed there should be another software to resize the photo in order to post to website that requires only 2KB of size and for emailing requiring small size. I have canon powershot that takes 15MP ( L size ) and I can resize to 640 x 360 ( s small size ), ( from L to S in the menu ) without problem. Do pentax know this feature?

If the camera options don't fit your needs, scaling is easily done in just about any photo editing program (PS, LR, online tools, the supplied Pentax software, and so on). However, 2Kb sounds unusually small- a 640x480 image would be bigger.
