Ricoh GRII, camera freezing up with AF button is pushed in C-AF mode.

Hi Everyone,

I just bought a Ricoh GRII and seem to be having a small issue when the camera is in C-AF mode. When I push the AF Button the camera completely freezes up and I can't really do anything but pull out the battery to restart it.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

First things first, have you upgraded to the latest firmware?

Also ensure that the battery level is good and that the battery can keep its charge.
