Interesting as it has a simple notched "gunsight" on it.

They all have a sighting aid.

Here’s one for $200 with a bit of fungus. Might be worth it just for the mount.

If the OP was kind of handy, they could find a sort of long Sony A mount extension tube, cut off the end and find a way to make that into the missing mount tube. The lens with fungus could be a useful template for that project, and resold afterwards.
