Need help! W90 not turning on

Hi all! I’m new here. I just dig out my Pentax W90 as I have a trip in a month. Read some threads and though it might be be battery. Ordered a new one. Charged it for 3 hours. No go on either batteries. The unit will not turn on. I recall there should be a green light under the power button on top. Wondering if it’s worth repairing?

Hi there.
Not sure whether it would be worth it, depending on age, or any sentimental value. I had a problem in the 90's with a similar type Pentax camera, and after careful consideration, decided to dump it and go for a newer model.
As you will be travelling, you could purchase a new one duty free, if going O/S.
Just a thought.
