What Happened To The Presets In My Pentax k-50?

Today was a particularly off day for shooting. Many things went wrong (which are posted elsewhere) but the one that has me not only perplexed, but very concerned that something may be amiss in the k-50. With one particular red flower I had an inordinate amount of difficulty getting to appear acceptable for uploading. The issue is I believe in the presets. I say that because I even had problems in PPE. The color red (made me see Red) was fighting me to no end. Here is a link to the upload in PYP.
