I was wondering if the K100D had the ability to do it as in his video be uses a Nikon and uses auto iso in manual mode most of the time, maybe the K100D doesn’t have that function.

I think what you are looking for is the Tav mode, where you use dials to set aperture and shutter speed, and the camera selects the ISO.
The K100D does not have that, I think it started with the K10D.
I use that mode a lot for my kids sports.
