You need a rubber ring.

They look like this or similar:

Use the right size, and press with light/moderate pressure on the plastic part with the writing and turn counterclockwise.

And you can find these tools on Amazon or eBay pretty easily.

If you need it off sooner and you have an old M42 rear cap just put some pieces of rolled scotch tape or a thick rubber band on the edge of the cap and use that.

I tried it but i can not loosened it. Does it needs a strong pressing pressure?

On one of the 2 lenses I have opened and cleaned it needed a fair amount of downward pressure but I wouldn't say it was excessive. On the other it came open fairly easy. Both of those were old M42 Pentax lenses where everything was metal so not sure how different it would be for your lens.

I do not have M42 ring but i tried plastic bottles wrapped with tapes, or rubber band but i can not rotate it. Maybe i will need a stronger one than me to try. I doubted if the ring clip- if this will be removed by filter wrench like the one that i seen on you tube of a nikkor lens. If i will use a pointed spanner tool it will mark a hole on the markings. Any suggestion?

Don't do it unless your images are really bad with the lens. Is it dusty or moldy inside the front element? and if so how bad is it really?

Use your own judgment, I'm not positive about the following.

From memory, some are glued on. That lens is made by Cosina so I wouldn't be surprised if it was.

I would like to reach to someone who had removed the front lens cover because I am doubtful if this could be removed or not. The other method is only to remove screws on the other side of the lens.

This is not your lens but does illustrate what I said about Cosina glueing the cover on.

Yes I was thinking of this but i am looking for dental explorer to lift off the label. The Idea I got from this link below;

I will give a try as soon as I have the explorer.

It might be a bit stuck. Run a TINY bit of lighter fluid around

---------- Post added 08-01-2018 at 08:33 PM ----------

It might be a bit stuck. Run a TINY bit of lighter fluid around the inside filter thread. This can lubricate it, and/or remove gummed up dirt.
Leave for 5 Min, then try the rubber ring again

I use silicon rubber stoppers wrapped in powder free nitrile gloves, a drop or a mix of lighter fluid, baby oil, vaseline, or whatever dedicated lubricant you like, and leaving the lens on a hot sun prior removal should help.

I like to thicken my lighter fluid with stuff above, but if you are careful you should be fine.

Since no holes in nameplate for spanner use, then for sure friction method of rotation is the most applicable method to remove the cover. Thanks for your posting but still looking for someone who had tried this type of lens.
