The grip of the K10D is compatible with the K20D only

The K10D was the last Pentax to have the ccd sensor and has retained a special band of enthusiasts within the Pentax owners.
The K200D and the K-m (K2000 in the US) have the same sensor and are later models.
Also the 645D is CCD - change to CMOS came with 645Z.

My p-ttl flash that I used on the K10d works with the K5. I believe that any flash will work on any Pentax camera.
Definitely NO.
My Soligor pTTL-only flash works with the *istDS and the K200D, but not with my K-5 (top display starts blinking, the camera turns crazy and then locks).
And that is also true for some 3rd party KAF lenses:
My Cosima (FF) 19-35 AF works great with the Z20, MZ5n, *istDS and K200D, but sets my K-5 to the same state as the Soligor flash does.
