Problem with wind lever and loading film Pentax K1000

I have a problem with my K1000 and can't find any answers online... So if anyone knows what I can do please help me!

The wind lever on top of the camera is not working, it's not stuck but it doesn't do anything. You can move it like you are loading your film but it goes too smooth and it won't load the film anymore.

I opened up the bottompart of the camera and all the mechanics seem to work (if I turn it by hand) but it's just not connected to the winding lever anymore and the film take-up spool won't react to the wind lever.

Does anyone knows what's going on? The camera is in a really good shape so I hope I can fix this!

Is the rewind button on the bottom pushed in? IIRC, that disengages the take up spool.

Well I think that's what went wrong, because I remember pushing in the bottom just before it broke down. So I think that is... But I'm not sure and I tried to lift the bottom with tweezers but it didn't do anything...

Pull the rewind lever up and the back will open. The wind-on/shutter cock lever will re-engage
