K30 MF issue

Hi all, I have just bought a K30 dslr and the camera is now stuck on MF, the side selector switch doesn't seem to move fully or recognise it's position on AF. Any ideas on how to solve this?

Try it without the lens on just in case the screw drive somehow jammed with the lens. If that doesn't do it I would contact the seller right away.
