Since the lens doesn't have an aperture ring, problems with exposure will probably cause you a lot of headaches later down the road. Despite the low price, I would either seek compensation or return it. One option would be to get it repaired. Even then you'd be getting a great deal!
Thank you Adam, I live in Bergen, Norway. I have sent an email til Ole (your mate from Copenhagen) with the question about where I can get it checked somewhere close to here. When I get the focus nailed and get the right exposure (got it now many times), it is fantastic. Thank you for your advice

Are any of the mount contacts missing? Do they all stick out of the mount plate, and move in when pushed down?
There's a possibility that one of the contacts has lost its spring and therefore is not making electronic contact correctly.
The SDM contacts are also essential - I've managed to run a lens on a single SDM contact with full SDM function but without it my lens refused to communicate with the camera.

Hope these points help.

I just had a DA 200mm lens converted to screw drive by UncleVana. I certainly wouldn't consider it a downgrade. I absolutely love it. It focuses faster than I thought, and every time I hit the focus button. Very reliable. I'm with Adam, I would have it repaired, and still enjoy your savings.
