Pentax k50 firmware update.

Just done a firmware update on my Pentax k50 followed all the directions correctly now I can't focus my camera at all. I updated it to the v1.10 as instructed can anyone help please.

That's weird. Did you move the AF switch to M by accident? If not, try doing a factory reset.

Some updates will change certain settings, so I agree that a reset might be a good option. Since focusing is controlled by the physical switch, however, checking that and the lens mount would be a good starting point.

I did the upgrade some time ago in order to use PLM lens - no troubles at all. Weird indeed...
