help pentax 6x7 mlu will not advance

The shutter on 6x7 pentax mlu will not move. I have this camera and I need help.

Sounds like a shutter problem, but you need to provide more information for anyone to properly assess the problem.

Firstly, is this with or without film in the camera? The shutter will not work without film in the camera.
