Eye-Fi switch on!!

Hi All,

This is now resolved, thank you.

I have bought an Eye-Fi card for my second hand Pentax K-50.
I have followed the instructions on how to turn it on but it is already turned off, when I scroll down to turn it on I it simply will not highlight for me to do so.
Any ideas what to do will be gratefully appreciated, it's driving me nuts!!

many thanks in advance

Sarah

Hang on, are Eye-Fi cards even usable today beyond standard SD card with non-WiFi functions? I thought their turning off the internet servers had killed our further making settings changes in Eye-Fi cards. Such is the risk of hardware relying so much on cloud services. I’d love to resurrect my Eye-Fi card if there is a simple workaround to get WiFi working on it again.

Hi,

got to be honest!!
I have NO idea what you're on about as I've only just come into this technology.
Hope you can get your 'query' answered too.

cheers
sarah

Hi there,

I only bought the card last month and yes, I can take pictures on my camera, open the app on my phone and get the photos to transfer over to it so I can do whatever with them.
I'm truly not sure what I'm missing by your comments, can you enlighten me?

cheers
Sarah :-)
