Pentax Zoom280p Point and Shoot Camera Lens Curtain stuck

Hi, just recently my camera has had this problem where the top half of its lens curtain doesn't budge when I turn the camera on (illustrated in the video attached). I really love this camera and don't want to see it go, anyone know what I should do?

Looks damaged to me. If repairable, cost probably exceeds the value of the camera.

Since you can't get the parts, just push it up out of the way.
