Hi.

Check to see in the menus if the " using aperture ring " is permitted.

Have you talked to the person that did the cleaning? If it worked before and did not work after, that might be your first line of inquiry.

Just for information, the Tamron 28-75mm lens is AF lens.

Sounds like they have not put it back together correctly.

Could you add a photo of the mount , maybe someone can see a difference.

Did you ever talk to the shop that did the repair?

The short answer is that the contact fifth from the left, next to the white patch, is not being detected as having electrical continuity with the mount. This should always be the case when the aperture ring is in the "A" position and should never be the case when the ring is in other than the "A" position.

All the contacts can be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol. Use a quip or soft cloth. Also move the lens in and out of the A position a few times, maybe the internal contact is dirty. This could be the case if it hasn’t moved in a while

I doubt this is a matter of cleaning. Instead, I suspect the service attempt resulted in a broken solder joint or wiring connection under the mount on the lens.

The lens was recently CLA'd (see original post) and the supplied photos show a clean mount.

I just took a closer look at the supplied photo. Is the mount tang at left bent? If so, that might be the source of your problem if the lens is not seated flat onto the camera.
