Y/C mount

Good fay everyone
I own a yashica fx-3 equipped with its default 50mm ML lens. I am in the market for a new lens but here in greece there are not many option in the used market for Y/C mount lenses. I have seen similar mounts in nikon cameras and i would like to ask if there are any other types of mounts that would fit this camera

Get an M42 adapter.

Welcome to the Pentax Forums!

You might want to consider Tamron Adaptall and Adaptall-2 lenses. The C/Y adapters are easy to come by and the Tamron line has many fine manual focus optics.

The SP adaptalls are very good and the zooms are very affordable. The 35-80/2.8-3.8 is one of the best in its class.

I always get an adapter for every new mount I aquire.
