Problems with a ME super

Hi, I have an old me super. Upon realizing that the winding lever was stuck and did not turn I decided to open it. After removing the bottom cover a couple of chunks of black plastic fell out, they seem to have been part of a ring somewhere in the camera. Does anyone know what the plastic chunks come from and what may be causing the original problem?

You should perhaps also show some pictures of the camera bottom and broken parts.
