645 Autofocus Issues

I live in the Northern Rockies. I picked up a 645n used with a 75mm AF lens and the autofocus seems to not work Recently I picked up a second lens, zoom AF and it seems not to respond to the Autofocus. So I am thinking it is most likely the camera. Any suggestions and best places in United States to get work done on a 645N?

Just in case, you did set the lens to AF mode?
