Samsung gx20 downgrade firmware

Hello!
I have a big problem and I'm trying a question here:
How can I get back to basic software on a Samsung GX20 camera?
I have version 1.3 and I have the impression that it does not work better than the factory version

You technically can. Basically, this entails downloading an older firmware version and changing the bytes in the file that indicate the version number to something >= the current version. There are some additional details here:

I wouldn't recommend it, though. This is a common misconception and if you're noticing a performance degradation, it's usually because of settings that were changed/reset as a result of the update.
