The name changed 1971 from Meyer-Optik to Pentacon, it is the same lens though.

edit: there are also Pentacon 200/4 versions with a fixed mount and only 6 aperture blades, but as the images show this is one of the original designs

The earlier pentacons will likely fit the Meyers. The Zebra ones are exactly the same. This one looks to be just a cosmetic refresh. I think it would be safe to say that all lenses with preset aperture rings, (so no auto pin) have interchangeable rear mounts.
