Yes, the K100D Super has just the additional contacts for lenses with their own motor and SR (shake reduction)

I would think the istd (and it's followup ) would also work well unmodified.

They certainly do!

With my unmodified *istDL2 … 1/2sec @ f/2.8, 200ISO through a Lee 87 filter
