Pentax 67ii not detecting new roll

Hello Everyone,

I am having a problem with my Pentax 67ii. When I load my 120 film into the body it lets me crank the rewinder 2 times and then it stops. It does not display the -> to continue cranking and it then just get stuck until I press the shutter and I can crank again. The frame counter never gets to 1.
I have tried multiple rolls.

Please help

not familar with the 67ii but this is the second post in regards to the counter not doing it's job.....(in the other case the shutter would not cock at all (6x7)

the transport / frame count roller seems to be in error........bout the only thing that comes to mind is to check the position of the pressure plate......also the frame counter roller should also come to stop when rolled lightly by finger to the right
