Pentax k70 diaphragm control

Hello everyone
This is used on pentax ks2 part-diaphragm control.Can it be used on pentax k70 body?

Hello
yes, it is the same, but you don't need to replace the complete unit but just the solenoid!

It is ALWAYS just the solenoid.
To replace the complete diaphragm control unit you would have to disassemble your K70 almost completly which is much more complex
than with the K30/50 because the soldering on the motherboard is critical, tiniest soldering points.

Are you having problems with aperture control on your K-70? Be aware that replacement of the entire unit is not a minor task.
