Pentax K3 issues with buttons

I need help here on my K3, firstly the ISO and EV buttons are not functioning and I am unable to do any settings and stuck with Auto ISO and secondly the LV and AF mode buttons are jammed and unable to operate them.

It sounds like the camera may be set to Green mode. It disables many of the buttons and dials.
Try set the mode dial to any of the P- , Av- , Tv- or M-modes.

Thank you. I have tried in all the modes and the result is same.

Does it actually switch to other modes? I had a K70 that had been taken apart at some time and the ribbon cable
under the top was not attached.The rear buttons and wheel on the rear didn't work,plus the camera was stuck in
M mode.

No it doesn't. All functions are working fine in all modes except these two buttons have become dummy

yes, it works and both AV and TV value changes (when holding either EV button or ISO button) and it behaves exactly as P mode
