Espio 928 HL error

Can some shed some light on the error I'm getting on my Espio 928

Edit - Found a couple of chat sites that said H1, H2 and HL error codes are shutter related problems, but they gave no specifics.

Generally on point and shoot zoom cameras is the ribbon circuit that goes between the main circuit board in the camera and the shutter/aperture in the lens. Over time zooming in and out causes micro fractures in the traces in the circuit board and failed continuity. The repair is replacing that flex circuit.
