Pentax AF140C ringflash

Looking at one on *bay - the review here ( PENTAX AF 140C Macro Flash reviews - Pentax Camera Accessory Review Database ) does not state if it is DSLR (K3) compatible, or the trigger voltage. Has anyone any info on these points, please ?

The 160FC is compatible. Not sure about the 140.

TTL will not work on cameras after the *istD, only the manual mode, which I understand is always full power - too much for many situations.
