Pentax 6x7 MLU frame dial missing

Greetings all,
so I have this old Pentax 6x7 that works fine and all but I recently noticed that the frame selector switch on the outside fell off. I was wondering if that will affect my camera in any way. Its the dial that say 120 and 220.. It just randomly fell off and I haven't noticed till this morning.

Since there is not much 220 film any longer, it should be no big deal. (Assuming it was set to 120 before the dial fell off.)
