M4/3 lenses to Pentax k mount

I know there are plenty of adapters for Pentax k mount to m4/3, but I don't see any going in the other direction. Are there any?

with the difference in registration distance, any adapters for this application will have to have an additional optical lens in the light path -not usually a good idea...

additionally, would an M4/3rds lens cover a APS-C sensor (let alone a FF)?
