Colors are way off

On my Pentax K-3, the colors suddenly changed, and are way off. I am getting green and purple hues.

Any ideas what setting I accidentally changed?

You have probably set to cross process on the four way control pad, the right hand button. Easy done, I have the medal too.

It's possible that the White Balance was set to an option that is not suitable for the lighting. Check the left button on the four-way controller, reset it to AWB -- Auto White Balance.

Similar. I changed the white balance, and this part is good.

I experienced years ago something similar, with pictures showing pale colours with poor contrast. To find afterwards after many checks in the menus (K7) that the white balance was set on “mute” instead of bright (my base setting). How did it happen I don’t know but it ruined all the pictures taken during my visit in the Cape of Good Hope protected area.

I had this happen on certain rare occassions with my K-5 II. Certain lighting situations will cause the Sony sensor to freak out. One picture I had to change to B&W the colors were so bad. The thing is I still can't explain why it happened ?
