AFC, 5 auto points selected, K1 Vs. K3ii

On the K1, i get 5 circles showing the AF points. On the K3ii, i get a single red dot in the middle. Is there a setting I'm missing to get the same info on the K3ii? I have gone thru the settings and can't find the answer.

Hopefully this makes sense.

TIA!!

I don't have either of those two models, but find where you select the active autofocus area you should be able to change it, your K-3II must be set on spot, not sure about the K-1.

I have confirmed I have the active AF set to the small square (on the K3ii). I guess the difference is on the K3ii there are red squares flickering on and off (I assume confirming that is the AF point), whereas on the K1 the squares are black and tend to stay on all the time, instead of flickering (which I prefer). Is there some way to make it act in a similar way on the K3ii?

Nay. The K-3II AF points only turn on briefly. They won't stay on.

How do you get the 5 point option on the K-1? It only has options for 33, 9 or 1 AF point which show as black rectangles rather than circles.

Sorry, I could not remember exactly how many there were. Must have been 9 instead of 5.
