I suggest you read the manual that came with the camera. Better yet, get the Magic Lantern guide for the K20D.
Settings don't make sharpness, focusing makes sharpness and 'nice' is open to interpretation.

The problem with your question Orli is that it is so broad that people literally write books answering that question. Most of the people that use DSLR spend (or intend to spend) years learning that kind of thing. The great thing about a DSLR is all the tools and control you get. Also the grate thing about a DSLR is all the tools and control you get. With out more information about what you know and not know about photography and you increasing you knowledge of same that best anyone could say is “ISO100 f/11 1/125 sec good by you are on your own”. All in all none of this is much help. Sorry.

So maybe a bit help after all....This is after few lessons I gave
Start with a P or "Green" as general setting and let pentax programmers pick your best setting. With a Pentax Lab or other known software look at the properties of your picture and see the different setting for each shoot. Try to correlate it with the recommendation on the camera manual. – in any case with digital picture you can always choose to fix your picture with any software from Pentax lab, ACDsee ,Photoshop etc.
Enjoy
