Using the 2sec delay-nite photos

Most people know this but the 2 sec shutter delay is a nice feature to use to eliminate "shake" when taking slow shutter speed gives you just enough time to take a tripod mounted shot and let the vibration induced when tripping the shutter settle down to an acceptable level.the shot of saugus center was taken with the pentax istds at 1sec @f/11 26mm 400iso.charliezap

Since I don't have a remote, nor a cable release, 2 sec delay is the only way to go for me

Three good reasons here for using the 2 second delay setting when shooting on a tripod. It's my favorite shutter mode for landscape/scenics.
